  Frosting:
1pkCream cheese; 3 oz

1tsVanilla
2cPowdered sugar
1/2tsGinger

Recipe by: Berkshire Seasonings Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex pa Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled pineapple cake.
